Welcome to lobsterfarm, an enterprise AI infrastructure platform operated by Foxwise AI FZ-LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the lobsterfarm ecosystem (collectively, the "Service").

1. Definitions

"Model Provider" means any entity that develops or provides AI models, including Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google.
"OpenClaw" means the third-party AI agent software deployed within the Service.
"Third-Party Apps" means external services you integrate via the Service, such as Google Workspace, Slack, or GitHub.

2. Description of Service

lobsterfarm provides a comprehensive AI infrastructure suite. This includes, but is not limited to:

Managed Hosting: Automated deployment and scaling of OpenClaw and other AI agent instances.
Integration Engine: Backend services facilitating "one-click" authentication (OAuth), API relaying, and secure data bridging between your AI instances and Third-Party Apps (e.g., Google Apps).
Infrastructure Management: Provisioning of cloud resources, secure credential storage, and specialized environment configurations.

3. Authentication & Managed Access

The Service includes features designed to simplify access to Third-Party Apps. By using these features, you authorize lobsterfarm to:

Act as an intermediary for OAuth flows and authentication tokens.
Store and manage authorized session data or API keys on your behalf.
Relay data between your AI Instance and the integrated Third-Party Apps.

You remain the sole owner of these accounts and are responsible for all actions taken through these integrations.

4. Prohibited Use & Competitor Restrictions

You may not access the Service if you are a competitor of Foxwise AI FZ-LLC or an employee/agent of a Model Provider. Benchmarking, "mystery shopping," or investigative access is strictly prohibited.

5. Warranty Disclaimer & "As-Is" Shield

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

AI Actions & Data Loss: You acknowledge that OpenClaw is an agentic AI. You assume all risk for its interactions with your systems. The Company is NOT responsible for any destruction of digital assets, loss of files, or deletion of sensitive data (including but not limited to cryptocurrency keys) caused by the AI’s execution of commands.

Third-Party Stability: We do not guarantee that integrations with Google, Anthropic, or others will remain functional. If they change their policies, it is not a breach of our agreement.

6. Fees & Non-Refundability

All fees for infrastructure, hosting, and integration services are non-refundable. No refunds or credits are issued for system downtime or third-party account bans.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are never liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (like lost profits or lost "bags" of crypto).

8. Hardship & Service Evolution

The AI landscape changes daily. If performance becomes excessively onerous due to external factors (API price hikes, protocol changes), we reserve the right to adapt or terminate the Service.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dubai, UAE, administered by the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) under its rules then in effect. You agree to waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.
