Do I need my own API keys?

Yes - you'll need a Claude or OpenAI account. This means you pay them directly for AI usage (no middleman markup from us), and your conversations stay between you and them.

Can I access my server directly?

Yes! It's your machine. If you're technical and want to poke around, you have full access. Most people never need to, but it's there if you want it.

What if I want to leave?

Eject anytime. Your instance is a real Hetzner server - we transfer it directly to your own Hetzner account. Keep everything running exactly as-is, no migration needed. You're never stuck with us.

Is my data private?

Completely. Your instance is yours alone - isolated from everyone else. We never look at your conversations or data unless you ask us to help with something.

Why is this safer than self-hosting?
