This Privacy Policy describes how Foxwise AI FZ-LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the lobsterfarm platform and related services (the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and payment information (processed by Stripe). We do not store credit card numbers directly.

Instance Data

Each customer receives a dedicated server instance. Your AI conversations, files, API keys, and configurations remain on your instance. We do not access, read, or store the content of your AI conversations.

Gmail and Google Calendar Data

If you connect Gmail or Google Calendar to your instance, the OAuth tokens are stored encrypted on your dedicated server. Your email content and calendar data are processed only on your instance by your AI assistant and are never transmitted to or stored on our infrastructure. We do not read, collect, or share your email or calendar data.

Usage Data

We collect basic usage data such as server status, uptime metrics, and error logs for the purpose of maintaining and improving the Service. This does not include the content of your AI conversations.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provision and manage your dedicated server instance
• To process payments via Stripe
• To provide customer support
• To send service-related communications (e.g., downtime notices, security alerts)
• To maintain and improve the Service

3. Data Isolation

Each customer's instance runs on a dedicated server. Your data is not shared with other customers. Your API keys, conversations, files, email tokens, and configurations are stored solely on your instance.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Hetzner — server infrastructure (EU and US data centers)
• Google OAuth — Gmail and Calendar authentication (tokens stored on your instance only)

Your AI provider (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI) is configured by you directly. We do not intermediate or proxy AI API calls.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for the duration of your subscription. If you cancel, your server and all data on it are deleted within 30 days unless you choose to eject (transfer the server to your own account).

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including firewalls enabled by default, encrypted storage for sensitive credentials, disabled password authentication, and restricted root access on all instances.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. If you eject your instance, you retain full control of all data on it.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time, at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
